Debbie, thanks for having me in your home. I really enjoyed talking to you! Here are some notes from our class.

Points To Remember

Skip primers with Dimethicone in it. Avoid ones that say magnifying, pore filling, and smoothing. Use hydrating and illuminating ones that do not have dimethicone for best makeup application.

Start foundation 10 minutes after applying moisturizer. Or spray the face with Rose Water or All Nighter right before applying foundation for best application. Illuminating or hydrating primers can be used as desired. Keep all primers free of Dimethicone.

Benefit They’re Real Mascara is my favorite topper for any mascara because it is the blackest formula and the brush separates lashes beautifully. And it lasts forever.

LA Girl Glide eyeliner works beautifully without bleeding. Today I used the Sephora Retractable Eyeliner in Matte Brown Black

For the lids we talked about the Sephora Colorful Fat Eye Pencil and the Stila Shimmer & Glow

To make your Shimmery eyeshadows have more impact, like for evening wear, spray your makeup brush with setting spray or rose water to bump intensity.

We also spoke about 2 eyeshadow colors to help pop your eyes. A skin colored shadow and one that is lighter. Good suggestions would be something like Stay Golden and Cupcake. These are good matte shades. Stay Golden will soften your eyeshadow if it’s too harsh or if you have trouble blending a color. Cupcake is great for highlighting under the brow bone and inner corner of the eye to brighten your eye area. You can also use it on the lid for a subtle, no makeup makeup look.

Other color we spoke about-

Honey Cream Illuminator (to use under foundation for luminousity and as a highlighter. Can also be used on the lid by itself on a no makeup makeup day. Just opens the eye. The yellow neutralizes pink in the skin.
Stariet Powder Illuminator is my FAV bright, fun highlighter when I want to really highlight. Its a pink/gold flashing highlighter.
